by Roger Arnall

Goethe referred to architecture as “frozen music”, and Roger Arnall’s exhibition expands on that idea — that buildings are so much more than meets the eye. In inhabiting the natural world, humans have always created boundaries around ourselves. The exhibition attempts to explore the form, shape and graphics of surfaces and edges, searching to create a resonant beauty that yearns for the comfort of boundaries.
