Look at old buildings in a new light with Rundown and Rusty. Celebrating the beauty of the buildings of Ballarat, the exhibition shines a light on rundown structures that have not been renovated or restored, but rather left to age and develop a charm all their own. With this work, artist Yvon Davis aims to encourage viewers to look twice at older buildings to discover the beauty and rich colours within.
About Artist
Originally from the Netherlands, Yvon Davis was the Executive Producer Dutch at SBS Radio for 20 years, and is currently one of the Multicultural Ambassadors of the City of Ballarat. Interested in photography at an early age, this is her first exhibition.
